To pay on: services package required for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, Bed linen and towels changed weekly, € 40 per person per week children under 3 years excluded (of age and without allocation of underwear); Final cleaning € 53 in Mono and Bilo, € 60 in Trilo (excluding cooking otherwise additional charge of € 30); air conditioning, € 40 a€tment per week, be requested at time of booking.

CLUB CARD:required to be paid locally, a week, from 16/6 al 25/8 adulti € 37 bambini 4/12 years € 22, children up to 4 years excluded (of age). From 9/6 al 15/6 and 25.8 al 7to the Tessera reduced € 28 aduladults €bambchildren2 age;

Note: During low season some facilities and activities may not be activated, when weather conditions or the number of appearances does not justify the operation, for reasons of force majeure.

DEPOSIT: € 150 per apartment payable on arrival and departure to withdraw.

Check in / check: Admission Saturday and Tuesday from 17 all 20; Saturday and Tuesday before release 10 the morning.

 CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 How to cancel

Penalties:

30% of the total amount if carried out within 30 days from the date of arrival;

50% of the total amount must be made between 29 days to 15 days before the date of arrival at the hotel;

70% of the total amount if carried out from 14 days to 4 days before the date of arrival at the hotel;

After that period, the 100% of the total amount.

In any case of cancellation and refund will be retained for a minimum amount of € 50.00 for practical work.

 As to cancel

The reservation it can be cancelled by mail or fax.

The notice to leave of the room involves penal following:

30% of the total amount if carried out within 30 days from the date of arrival,

50% of the total amount if carried out between 29 days and 15 days from the arrival date,

70% of the total amount if carried out between 14 days and 4 days from the arrival date,

100%  of the total amount in case of lacked arrival or lacked notice to leave within 3 days from the the arrival date.

In any case of cancellation and refund will be deducted a minimun of  € 50,00 for  working and administrative practice.
