To arrange arrivals and departures on days other than Saturday or Tuesday, you can contact our Booking office.

The handover of the apartments is scheduled from 5pm to 8pm. For arrivals after this time, please contact us to agree on how to hand over the apartment. The release of the apartment is expected by 10am on the day of departure.

The balance must be paid at check-in.

TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT

obligatory service flat rate for electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, children up to 3 years excluded (not completed and without linen provided); mandatory final cleaning. For apartments with air conditioning there is a supplement per apartment, to be requested at the time of booking.

The balance must be paid at check-in.

OPTIONAL
COT: 0/3 years, there is a supplement per week, to be indicated when booking and to be paid on the spot, free if brought by customers. You can rent a high chair and have bed linen and towels changed for a supplement.

PETS: small pets allowed on request, with a supplement to be paid on the spot.

NOTES: kitchen linen not available; if air conditioning is reserved it must be paid for even if only partially used. In Bilo 4 minimum occupancy 4 people and in Trilo 6 minimum occupancy 5 people.

* CLUB CARD
must be paid on the spot, from 10/6 to 1/9, for children 4/12 years reduced card, children up to 4 years excluded (not completed). From 3/6 to 9/6 and from 2/9 to 15/9 Reduced card for adults and children 4/12 years old.

* The Club Card includes: Sport & Entertainment Daytime entertainment with sports games and tournaments, aerobics, aqua dance, tennis, Latin American dances. Evening entertainment with shows, cabaret and theme parties. Individual use of sports equipment (eg: tennis rackets, balls, table tennis, cards and various games). Free use of canoes, subject to availability and in compliance with the pre-established times and alternation between guests. Use of the Pool. Beaches: 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the beach for each apartment.

BEACH
For each apartment: one umbrella and two sunbeds, free from the 4th row onwards.
