Arrivals and departures normally take place from Saturday to Saturday or Tuesday to Tuesday. However, it’s possible to arrange arrivals or departures on any day of the week. You can contact us to check availability.

For the costs of energy consumption and the changing of bed linen and towels, these are mandatory and to be paid per person per week starting from persons aged 4 and above (charged upon arrival at the village).
For the Club Card, this is compulsory from persons aged 4 and above and are different from persons aged 12 and above.
Final cleaning is to be paid only once per apartment, except for apartment changes during the stay.
Other costs are weekly and optional for the cot, free if brought by the customer, mandatory if pets are transported and mandatory if air conditioning has been booked.

No, the cost is calculated on a flat rate basis.

No, the rental of bed linen and towels is included in the compulsory costs and this charge cannot be removed.

No, air conditioning becomes a mandatory cost when booked; Bear in mind that since not all apartments have air conditioning, the choice at the time of booking may deprive others of the possibility of using them or even mean we have to cancel the reservation in cases where someone requests it as an essential condition for making the reservation. Obviously the cost is a weekly flat rate, even if partially used.

The number of persons indicated cannot be exceeded. By contacting us, it is possible to evaluate the extra presence of a child under the age of 3 depending on the type.

Yes, 1 person for the studio, 3 people for the 2-room apartment for 3 people, 4 people for the 2-room apartment for 4 people, and 5 people for the 3-room apartment.

The booking office cannot in any way guarantee the apartment number, the exact location or proximity to other friends’ apartments. The reason is linked to the fact that the village is almost always full, which is characterised by a very high rate of returning customers even for several years and that due, to the issue of adjoining apartments, it is not always possible to guarantee all requests that are made. We will always try to do our best, however, we cannot offer a definitive guarantee.

For safety reasons and for the respect of the other guests, the use of barbecues is not permitted.

Included in the houses are sheets, towels, cookware, cutlery, plates and glasses, bucket, mop, broom and dustpan, clothesline.

Yes, and for this reason some programmes may be scrambled.

Yes, only under adult supervision.

Starting from the fourth row, one umbrella and two sunbeds are provided free of charge for each apartment. The umbrellas in the first, second and third row are subject to a fee.

We do not have a paper catalogue; all information is available online. This has many advantages: you can immediately see which house is available during your holiday, with more information and pictures than those in a catalogue.

In regard to the meal offer, our Restaurant/Pizzeria (open for dinner every day, for lunch only on Tuesdays and Saturdays) offers a “SAVINGS DEAL” which offers a 10% DISCOUNT PER PERSON ON THE SEASONAL MENU FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE.

Pets are allowed at our site but subject to a daily fee.
If necessary, dogs must be kept on a leash and owners must bring all the equipment necessary for its stay in a site which, like ours, does not have areas dedicated exclusively for pets.
Please note: by law dogs are not allowed on our beaches. Pets must therefore stay in the apartment when you are not there, otherwise you can bring pets to all common areas on the site under supervision, except the swimming pool.

Yes, with a private car and with rates that vary according to the number of passengers and the requested transfer time. You can contact the booking office.

Yes, you can find the dedicated area at the site.

Check-in is from 17:00 onwards on the day of arrival, check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
By agreement with the site, it is possible to check-in early (NO ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT) by registering your details, leaving your luggage in storage and accessing the site and services. You will then be allowed access to the apartment according to the scheduled times.
If you expect to arrive after the reception closing time (20:00) you need to notify us well in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guaranteed the time the porter will be available on site.
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to verification of the availability and confirmation by the reception.
These services constitute a concession offered by the site and cannot be presumed. If the site is fully booked, there is physically no way to grant this concession and, if possible, it may be subject to a fee.
